EMMKAY INDUSTRIES provides detailed drawings for all tablet dies and punches we manufacture. These drawings serve as technical references for tooling specifications, dimensional verification, and new tooling orders.
Below you will find information about our standard drawing formats, what each drawing includes, and how to request drawings for your specific tooling requirements.

How to Use These Drawings

For new orders: Reference our standard drawings when specifying your tooling requirements. If you need modifications (different cup depth, embossing, special dimensions), mark up the drawing and send it back to us.

For replacement orders: Provide the drawing from your original order and we will manufacture identical replacements. If you do not have the original drawing, send us a sample punch and die and we will reverse-engineer the specifications.

For verification: Use the drawings to verify incoming tooling against specifications. Check critical dimensions (tip diameter, overall length, cup depth) against the drawing tolerances.
