For New Orders
Reference our standard drawings when specifying your tooling requirements. If you need modifications — different cup depth, embossing, special dimensions — mark up the drawing and send it to us. See our how to choose tooling guide for help with specifications.
For Replacement Orders
Provide the drawing from your original order and we will manufacture identical replacements. If you do not have the original drawing, send us a sample punch and die and we will reverse-engineer the specifications. Read our tooling maintenance guide to extend the life of your current tooling.
For Verification
Use the drawings to verify incoming tooling against specifications. Check critical dimensions — tip diameter, overall length, cup depth — against the drawing tolerances. See our tooling quality guide for what to inspect on delivery.
