Every tooling set begins with verified raw materials — OHNS, HCHC (D3), S7 — sourced from trusted suppliers. CNC machining ensures dimensional accuracy and repeatability across production runs. Heat treatment is controlled and monitored to achieve the precise hardness range required for each tool steel grade. Final inspection includes dimensional verification, hardness testing, and surface finish checks before any tooling set leaves our facility.
We believe that quality is measured at the tablet press — not in a brochure. When your tooling produces consistent tablets with minimal defects batch after batch, that is the quality standard we hold ourselves to.
