Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started. Production typically begins immediately after drawing approval (for custom tooling) or order confirmation (for standard tooling).

Quotations and Orders

• ·All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• ·Prices are subject to change based on material costs, quantity, and specifications
• ·An order is confirmed only after we provide written acknowledgment (via email or official purchase order)
• ·Custom tooling orders require design approval before manufacturing begins
• ·Minimum order quantities are applicable

Payment Terms

• ·Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation
• ·For new customers, advance payment or payment against proforma invoice may be required
• ·For established customers, credit terms may be available as mutually agreed
• ·All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• ·GST and applicable taxes are additional unless stated as inclusive

International Customers:

• ·Payment can be made using platforms like Wise
• ·Payment details and instructions will be shared during email conversations
• ·Currency conversion and transaction fees may apply as per the payment platform's terms

Delivery and Shipping

• ·Standard tooling: 7–15 working days from order confirmation
• ·Custom tooling: 10–21 working days from design approval
• ·Expedited manufacturing is available for urgent requirements (additional charges may apply)
• ·Shipping charges are additional and depend on destination and shipping method
• ·We ship across India and internationally to North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and other regions
• ·Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility
• ·International shipments: Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

Quality and Warranty

• ·All tooling is manufactured to agreed specifications and undergoes quality inspection before dispatch
• ·Material certificates, hardness reports, and dimensional inspection reports can be provided on request
• ·We warrant that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship
• ·Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of receipt with supporting evidence
• ·Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper storage, or damage during use
• ·Our liability is limited to replacement or repair of defective tooling at our discretion

Returns and Replacements

All sales are final once production begins. Returns are only accepted in case of quality issues.

Quality issues:

• ·Report quality issues within 30 days of receipt with photos and description
• ·Defective tooling will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost
• ·Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

No returns for:

• ·Change of mind or order placed in error
• ·Custom tooling manufactured to approved specifications
• ·Tooling damaged due to improper use or machine setup

Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability

• ·All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs) is the property of EMMKAY INDUSTRIES
• ·Custom tooling designs created for customers remain confidential
• ·We do not manufacture tooling that infringes on third-party patents or trademarks
• ·EMMKAY INDUSTRIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
• ·Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question
