Delivery timelines, packaging, and return procedures

EMMKAY INDUSTRIES ships tablet dies and punches across India and internationally. Below are our standard shipping timelines, delivery terms, and return and replacement policies.

Shipping Details

Domestic (India)

  • ·We ship to all states and union territories across India
  • ·Shipping is via reputable courier services or transport companies
  • ·Tracking information is provided after dispatch
  • ·Shipping charges depend on weight, dimensions, and destination

International

  • ·We ship to North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and other regions
  • ·International shipments via air freight or courier (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent)
  • ·Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
  • ·We provide all necessary export documentation

Packaging

  • ·All tooling is individually wrapped and packed in protective packaging
  • ·Punch tips are protected with plastic caps to prevent damage during transit
  • ·Sets are labeled with specifications for easy identification

Delivery Timelines

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started. Production typically begins immediately after drawing approval (for custom tooling) or order confirmation (for standard tooling).

Returns Policy

All sales are final once production begins. Returns are only accepted in case of quality issues.

Quality issues — we will make it right:

  • ·If you observe quality issues (manufacturing defects, dimensional inaccuracies, or performance issues), contact us within 30 days of receipt
  • ·Provide photos, description of the issue, and details of how the tooling was used
  • ·Quality issues will be evaluated, and defective tooling will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost
  • ·Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

No returns for:

  • ·Change of mind or order placed in error
  • ·Standard tooling in unused condition
  • ·Custom tooling manufactured to approved specifications
  • ·Tooling damaged due to improper use or machine setup

Replacement and Repair

  • ·We offer replacement manufacturing for worn or damaged tooling
  • ·Repeat orders are manufactured to the same specifications — we retain your tooling records on file
  • ·Repair services are available for minor damage (re-polishing, re-coating, tip re-grinding)
  • ·Contact us with your original order details for fastest processing
