Shipping Details

We ship to all states and union territories across India
Shipping is via reputable courier services or transport companies
Tracking information is provided after dispatch
Shipping charges depend on weight, dimensions, and destination
International:
We ship internationally to customers in North America, Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and other regions
International shipments are sent via air freight or courier (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent)
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
We provide all necessary export documentation
Packaging:
All tooling is individually wrapped and packed in protective packaging
Punch tips are protected with plastic caps to prevent damage during transit
Sets are labeled with specifications for easy identification
Order Cancellation Policy
Important: Orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started. Production typically begins immediately after drawing approval (for custom tooling) or order confirmation (for standard tooling). If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@emmkayindustries.com or +91-9810015044. Cancellation is only possible before production begins.
Returns Policy: All sales are final once production begins. Returns are only accepted in case of quality issues.
Quality issues:
If you observe quality issues with the tooling (manufacturing defects, dimensional inaccuracies, or performance issues during use), contact us within 30 days of receipt
Provide photos, description of the issue, and details of how the tooling was used
Quality issues will be evaluated, and defective tooling will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
No returns for:
Change of mind or order placed in error
Standard tooling in unused condition
Custom tooling manufactured to approved specifications
Tooling damaged due to improper use or machine setup
All tooling is manufactured to precise specifications and undergoes quality inspection before shipping. We stand behind the quality of our products and will address any legitimate quality concerns.
Replacement and Repair
We offer replacement manufacturing for worn or damaged tooling
Repeat orders are manufactured to the same specifications (we retain your tooling records on file)
Repair services are available for minor damage (re-polishing, re-coating, tip re-grinding)
