EMMKAY INDUSTRIES was founded in 1983 by Mr. Kuldip Singh Rao with a single goal: to manufacture precision tablet dies and punches that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Over four decades later, that commitment remains at the core of everything we do.
Based in Mangolpuri Industrial Area, New Delhi, we are one of India's established manufacturers of tablet tooling for rotary tablet press machines. Our tooling is used by pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, ayurvedic, confectionery, and veterinary manufacturers across India and in international markets.

Our History
1983 — Founded
Mr. Kuldip Singh Rao established EMMKAY INDUSTRIES in Delhi's Mangolpuri Industrial Area. Starting with a small workshop and a focus on precision engineering, the company began manufacturing tablet dies and punches for India's growing pharmaceutical industry.
1990s — Growth and Expansion
As India's pharmaceutical sector expanded, so did EMMKAY INDUSTRIES. We invested in CNC machinery, expanded our manufacturing facility, and built relationships with leading pharmaceutical companies across the country.
2000s — Quality Systems
We implemented rigorous quality practices including full material traceability, dimensional inspection, and quality documentation with every order. These systems ensure consistent precision and give our customers the documentation they need for their own regulatory compliance.
2010s — Diversification
Beyond pharmaceuticals, we expanded into nutraceutical, ayurvedic, confectionery, and veterinary tooling. We introduced multi-tip punches, custom shape tooling, and advanced coatings (DLC, TiN, CrN) to our product range.

Our manufacturing facility in Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi is equipped with:

Inspection equipment including hardness testers, surface roughness testers, and dimensional gauges
Dedicated quality control area for final inspection and documentation
Every tooling set undergoes dimensional inspection, hardness testing, and surface finish verification before shipping. Material certificates, inspection reports, and quality documentation are provided with every order.
